


As core equipment independently developed by Hf Industry, this semi-automatic block machine adopts European flat vibration technology. It integrates feeding, vibration pressing and demoulding procedures with unified control cabinet. All core movements including upper mould lifting and raw material discharging are electrically driven, lowering manual operation difficulty. Hf Industry owns over 30 years machinery manufacturing experience, with standardized production process to guarantee stable and consistent equipment quality for long-term mass production.
This model is customized mainly for hollow block production, equipped with bottom vibration box providing 45KN exciting force and 4200r/min vibration frequency. Vibration evenly fills every corner of the mould, eliminating honeycomb voids inside hollow blocks to improve compressive strength. It can produce 4–6 hollow blocks per 26-second cycle, covering mainstream hollow block sizes for construction. Wear-resistant manganese steel hollow mould is provided free to match hollow brick production demands perfectly.
Different from fully automatic expensive production lines, this semi-automatic design cuts equipment investment while keeping high productivity. Only a small number of workers are needed to finish pallet conveying and finished block stacking, perfectly matching small and medium brick factories' operation mode.

The independent vibration box avoids direct load on vibration motors, effectively reducing burnout failure under long continuous running. Total power is 11.6KW three-phase motor, adapting to various power supply environments. The whole machine weighs 2750kg with thick welded steel frame, resisting deformation under long-term high-frequency vibration.
It supports matched standard pallets to realize cyclic production of green hollow blocks. Finished blocks can be stacked layer by layer for natural curing, greatly improving production turnover efficiency compared with pallet-free egg-laying machines.

It can process crushed stone, sand, cement, fly ash, slag and gangue as raw materials with fixed proportion standard, helping manufacturers cut raw material cost by utilizing local solid waste resources.
Besides hollow blocks, replacing different manganese steel moulds allows production of solid bricks and slope protection blocks. The maximum output reaches 20,000 solid bricks per 8-hour shift, meeting diverse construction market orders.

The complete production set includes JQ350 mixer, 6m conveyor belt, frequency conversion stacker and hand trolleys. All supporting equipment is well-matched with Hf’s host machine, convenient for sea transportation and customs clearance.
One free hollow mould is supplied with the machine. One-year full warranty is available after factory installation and commissioning. Customers can choose 30% TT deposit plus balance before shipment or full irrevocable L/C payment; goods can be delivered within 25 days after deposit confirmation.
